Worth knowing

Stock is thin, so check the count before you grab. Most players sit on a few European servers, with a smaller crowd in North America; ping decides more here than anywhere else. Wipe habits vary: some follow the monthly force wipe, others post a schedule, a few reset the map every few hours. The Next wipe column counts down, and a tilde means the date is estimated. Hover to see what it is based on. Group limits usually sit at the default, so a solo or trio tag is worth noticing. If a server does not state a gather rate, treat it as 1x. Sort by Rank rather than Players: a full row tonight can be empty tomorrow.

What makes a Rust server "primitive"?

It runs Facepunch's Primitive game mode, which strips firearms from the loot and crafting tables. You get bows, spears, clubs and other melee tools instead. The server owner still chooses whether it is official, community or modded.

Will I find guns on a primitive server?

No. The mode removes firearms entirely, so every fight is bows, spears or melee. A server that claims to be primitive but hands out guns is not running the real mode.

How do primitive servers handle wipes?

There is no single rule. Many tie their wipe to the monthly force wipe, some publish a fortnightly schedule, and a few reset the map every few hours as a fresh start. The Next wipe column on each row shows what is coming and whether the date is confirmed or estimated.

Do primitive servers change gather rates or other settings?

The mode itself only removes guns. Beyond that, it depends on the server: some keep vanilla rates, others run 2x, 3x or higher, and a few change stack sizes or add plugins. Check the rates column before you commit, because it is not part of the mode.
