These are the servers with Facepunch's new-player tutorial switched on, or 'tutorial' in the name. You start on a private island and learn the basics before you join the main map. Every server here is in stock and online, with live numbers on the shelf.

Worth knowing
Most of the stock sits in Europe, so check the region before you queue. The rest is split between North America and Asia, with a few elsewhere. If you plan to play with friends, look at the group limit: some servers set solo, duo or trio, while others use the default of 8. Anything without a stated rate is usually 1x. Wipe days differ, so read the next wipe countdown on each row. The tutorial island does not change any of that; a 2x server stays 2x once you are on the main map.

Questions
01What happens on the tutorial island?
It is Facepunch's new-player tutorial. You learn gathering, crafting, building and cooking on a private island. When you finish, you join the normal map and its rules. The server's rates and wipes stay the same.
02Are tutorial servers a good place to start Rust?
They give you a safe first hour. After that you are on the main map with everyone else, so check group limit and rates if you want it easier. Many official servers keep the tutorial on, so you can see normal play early.
03How often do tutorial servers wipe?
They follow the same wipe schedule as any server. Most wipe monthly, some weekly or every two weeks. A wipe resets the map, and blueprints only if the server chooses. Check the next wipe date on each server's page.
04Can I team up after the tutorial?
Yes, once you reach the main map. The tutorial itself is solo. Look at the group limit on each row to pick a server that fits your group size. If you want to play together, choose one that allows it.
More about these servers
This list is sorted by live players, so the top rows move through the day as servers fill and empty. Use the search box to find a word in a server name or address, but it will not filter by region or group limit; the full server list has those filters. Some of the busiest official servers keep the tutorial on, so this page can look like a standard popularity chart rather than a set of quiet training grounds. If you are new, the beginner-friendly list might also help, but you can join a busy official server once the island is done. Every number on this page is live and refreshed every five minutes.
