This shelf holds the servers listed in Rust's own Official tab. Facepunch and partner networks run them, so you get standard rules and vanilla settings almost every time. Stock moves with the wipes, but the player counts here are live, refreshed every five minutes. Sort by population or pick your region, then look at the wipe line before you grab one.

Worth knowing
Two columns do most of the work on this shelf. The player count tells you how busy it is right now, and the queue number tells you how long you will wait if it is full. Around six in ten official servers wipe on a repeating weekday, usually Thursday, Monday or Friday, but a few run monthly. The Next wipe estimate follows what the server has actually done, so trust it over a stale published schedule. Most of the player base on this list sits in Europe, which is why EU evenings show the longest queues.

Questions
01Do official Rust servers run vanilla settings?
Nearly all of them do. They carry Rust's vanilla tag and leave gather rates at 1x, so the numbers in the Rates column read as vanilla. A few list themselves as modded, and that shows in the Tags column. Official means run by Facepunch or a partner, not that every setting is untouched.
02When do official Rust servers wipe?
Facepunch's force wipe hits every map on the first Thursday of the month, and that affects official servers too. Beyond that, each server or network sets its own rhythm. Most wipe on the same weekday every week or two, with Thursday, Monday and Friday the common choices, and a few go monthly. The Next wipe estimate in the table tracks what each server has been doing.
03Why are official servers often full with a queue?
They sit in the game's own Official tab, which is the first place many players look. Regulars also know the wipe times, so a fresh wipe pulls a crowd within minutes. That means the busiest servers can run several hundred slots and still show a queue. If you want to skip the wait, pick a partner server with the same wipe day and a shorter queue.
04What is the difference between official and community Rust servers?
Official servers are run by Facepunch or an approved partner network, usually with vanilla settings and regular wipe schedules. Community servers are run by anyone else and can be modded or vanilla, with their own rules and wipes. On this table, official servers tend to be the busier ones, which is why queues are more common here. Community servers often have lower populations and different admin setups.
More about these servers
Team size is set at eight by default, and most official servers leave it there. A handful drop it to three or four, which matters if you play solo or duo. The Group column shows any limit below eight, and stays blank when the server uses the default, so a blank row means a full team is fine. If you want the same servers sorted a different way, the main list lets you filter by region, group size and wipe day. Servers outside the Official tab that still run vanilla settings are on the vanilla shelf.
